Central Asian states review draft framework convention on shared water use
ASTANA. Oct 8 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – A draft Central Asian framework convention on water use is now with every country in the region for review, Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said, according to the presidential press service.
