Tokayev calls for preventive diplomacy mechanism at CICA

ASTANA. Oct 16 (Interfax) – Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has proposed creating a preventive diplomacy mechanism within the Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia (CICA), saying security issues have become especially pressing.
