Tokayev warns of digital technology falling into terrorist, drug cartel hands
ASTANA. Oct 8 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has called for Central Asian cooperation on artificial intelligence but warned of the risk of digital technology ending up in the wrong hands.
