Solidcore to buy back 23.2% of shares for $1.2 billion
MOSCOW. Oct 15 (Interfax) - Solidcore will repurchase 23.2% of its shares for $1.2 billion, the maximum amount covered by the tender offer, the company said in a statement on Wednesday.
