Kazakhstan may borrow $1.5 billion to $2 billion on foreign markets in 2027
ASTANA. Oct 14 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan is considering borrowing through panda bonds and eurobonds to help cover its 2027 budget deficit, Finance Minister Madi Takiyev said.
